DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND
ADMINISTRATION
MATTHEW
U. OSAWEMEN is Director of Administration and Finance. He is
responsible for the day-to-day administration and finances of the
Institute and serves as Secretary to the Governing Council of the
Institute. He attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he
obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 1976.
He obtained a Master in Public Administration from the University of
Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He obtained a Law Degree from
University of Lagos, Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar.
He is a
National Productivity Order of Merit Award Winner, a Fellow of the
Nigerian Institute of Management and a Member of many professional
organizations. |
